We note that registration fees have increased from previous years, due mainly to inflation. However, we have worked hard to ensure value for money for attendees. In particular, your registration fee includes a number of delicious, freshly-prepared meals catering to all dietary requirements, including:

 

Tea, coffee, and pastries throughout the conference

Hot lunch served every day, including tea/coffee and homemade dessert 

A welcome reception that includes a barbeque buffet (burgers, fish, salads, etc.), ice-cream sundae desserts, and tea and coffee

A number of free social events, including live traditional Irish music

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place in the Lockwood Suite of the Killashee Hotel on the 14th June 2025.   Please note that the Conference Dinner is not included as part of the registration fee and the cost to attend is € 75.00, which can be booked at the time of registration. Places are limited and so early booking is advised.​

Visa Letters

Delegates requiring a Visa letter/invitation letter can email the request to SARMAC2025@abbey.ie Please note that visa letters will only be provided for delegates who have paid for their registration in full. 

Terms and Conditions of Registration

 

Registration Cancellation​

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to SARMAC2025@abbey.ie or in writing to Abbey Conference & Events at the address below.

  • For cancellations received before 11th April 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted.

  • After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

  • No‐shows will not receive a refund, however, you may substitute someone else to attend in your place.

  • In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

 

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The SARMAC 2025 organisers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.
